Classification of tamping machine:
1. Hydraulic tamper: the main frame structure, single cylinder lifting mode. Driven by electric motor, gasoline engine. It is composed of reversing valve, manual pump, gear pump, pick, vibration disk, lifting cylinder and so on.

2.Internal combustion tamping pick: suitable for railway bed maintenance of a small maintenance machinery, mainly used for track bed tamping operations, its compact structure, novel design, is a quick up and down the track, light operation of the tamping equipment, suitable for turnout tamping operations.

3.Internal combustion soft shaft tamper: This tamper is a new type of hand-held railway bed tamper. With light weight, small size, up and down the road is very convenient.

4.The electric tamping machine is composed of mechanical vibration source, shock absorber and operating device. The motor shell is cast with aluminum alloy and has good heat dissipation performance.
