1. Overview

The Track motor car is mainly used for the installation, maintenance, daily inspection and maintenance of the railway OCS facilities, and can also be used as a traction power. The vehicle is a four-axle vehicle with hydraulic mechanical transmission, mainly composed of frame, vehicle body, running gear, power supply and transmission system, braking system, hydraulic system, electrical system, crane, etc. Diesel generator sets and air conditioners can also be installed according to user requirements. The basket mechanism is fully hydraulically driven, featuring large lifting capacity and wide lifting range.

3. Main Technical Features

3.1. Power unit

It selects CUMMINS USA electronically controlled fuel injection diesel engine . The diesel engine adopts air air cooling technology, with low fuel consumption, advanced technical performance and low noise. Its emissions meet the US EPA III standard and meet the urban environmental protection requirements.

3.2. Frame and running gear

The frame is composed of center sill, side sill, etc., and is assembled and welded on the special tire mold, with sufficient strength and stiffness. This vehicle is equipped with two two axle welded bogies, which are of reasonable structure type. The requirements of minimum bending capacity and stability index are fully considered. The middle and longitudinal beams of the frame are welded into a box structure with steel plates, which is of high rigidity and strength. A new type of locomotive axle box bearing is installed in the axle bearing box, and the herringbone rubber spring is used for suspension. Adopted integral wheel, which ensures safe and stable operation, high adhesion utilization, good curve negotiation performance and good operation quality.

3.3. Car body and interior layout

The car body is rectangular steel pipe welded structure, filled with thermal insulation materials, the outer cover is made of thin steel plate, and the inside of the car is of double panel ceiling for air-conditioned passenger cars. The floor is of multi-layer structure and sprayed with sound absorption damping adhesive. The surface is pasted with flame retardant and oil resistant floor leather. 3.4. Electrical system

The vehicle adopts DC 24V negative grounding single wire power supply system. The electrical system is mainly composed of power supply, lighting system, monitoring instrument and alarm system, driving control system, operation control system, communication facilities and AC system.

3.4.1. Power supply

The power supply of this vehicle is composed of imported alkaline battery and charging generator. Small diesel generator sets can also be installed.

3.4.2. Lighting system

Both ends of the car body are equipped with headlights, lower headlights and signal lights (all LED lights) for driving lighting. Lighting lamp (LED lamp) is set in the cab, and inspection lamp (LED lamp) is set in the machine room and under the frame; The operation platform is equipped with lighting lamps and shockproof projection lamps for use in construction work; When installing the detection device, two searchlights are installed in the middle of the top of the cab. The lighting device of the whole vehicle shall meet the requirements of operating vehicles and driving at night and in the tunnel.

3.4.3 Monitoring instrument and alarm system

It is equipped with a touch LCD display and an alarm lamp. The display screen displays engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure, torque converter oil temperature, oil pressure and other parameters, and can alarm the high water temperature and low oil pressure through the alarm lamp.

3.4.4. Train operation control system

The driving control system includes the control system for engine starting, speed regulating and shutdown, and the gear shifting and reversing control device of the transmission case. This vehicle adopts electronic control system to realize the adjustment and conversion of gear position and vehicle running direction. There are two modes of automatic shift and manual shift, which are easy to operate.

3.4.5. Operation control system

The operation control system includes the power extraction control of the operation oil pump and the control of the lifting and slewing operation platform.

3.4.6. AC system (user selects the installation item)

The AC system includes AC diesel generator set, power distribution device, AC power socket in the vehicle (including one 220V/1kW socket), external AC power socket box at the vehicle end, AC power socket on the operation platform, etc. One Haier 2P cold and warm dual purpose hidden ceiling air conditioner can be optionally installed. 3.5. Braking system

The air braking system includes air compressor, oil-water separator, main air cylinder, JZ-7 air brake, brake cylinder, etc. It has the characteristics of non attenuation of braking force within a certain range, which is conducive to use in long and large ramp sections. The main rods of foundation brake are equipped with safety hangers to ensure the operation safety of vehicles. The hand brake mechanism is set for convenient and reliable use. The vehicle is equipped with a bypass braking system, and its control button is set on the control cabinet on the platform. In case of emergency, the button can be directly pressed for braking.

3.6. Crane and basket

The crane is hydraulically driven, with a maximum lifting weight of 10t and a maximum working range of 8.2m. It can be controlled by wireless remote control, wire control and manual control.
