1. The speed of the gasoline engine has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the position of the speed limiter and the spring cannot be changed at will. If the position is changed during maintenance, it must be re-calibrated.
2. The governor chamber of the gasoline engine is lubricated by flying base, and the oil level of the governor chamber must be checked every 50 hours (the machine must be laid down, and the cylinder is in an upright position for 10-15 minutes, and the lubricating oil is completely flowed back to the oil bottom of the governor chamber. After removing the shell, unscrew the oil dipstick for inspection.
3. After long-term use, the oil seal at the shaft end of the output end of the gasoline engine may cause the lubricating oil in the governor chamber to leak out due to poor sealing, so it should be replaced after 500 hours of use.
4. The vertical and horizontal screw of the grinding machine should be lubricated with oil.
