At present, the commonly used oiling methods are divided into fastener oiling and disassembly oiling. The disassembly and oiling operation procedure is complex and purely manual, with high labor intensity and low efficiency, which cannot meet the needs of periodic oiling. It can only complete the oiling task of fasteners in key areas. The oil dispensing operation method is widely used and easy to operate, but human factors have a significant impact. The operation speed is slow, the oil amount is not standard, the position is not accurate, the oil waste is serious, and the ballast is seriously polluted. Therefore, how to effectively improve the efficiency of oiling, save costs, and significantly reduce the safety risks of operations is an urgent problem that railway engineering departments need to solve.

Currently, we new designed the battery rail bolt oiling machine. The intelligent lithium battery (oil coating) device has precise detection and atomization, improving construction safety, quality, efficiency, and saving a lot of valuable human and material resources. It provides a safe and efficient equipment for the oil coating operation of the line. The equipment features:

1. This equipment can spray oil on four sets of fasteners of the same sleeper at the same time, covering nuts, elastic strips, buckle plates and screws in all directions;

2. The spraying and maintenance range of the equipment is precise and adjustable (precise nut oiling, covering oiling within the range of the gauge baffle)

3. The body design of this equipment is reasonable and suitable for going up and down the road. It has safety functions such as power outage braking, emergency stop, and slope anti slip, eliminating safety hazards during operation and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

4. The equipment can choose suitable long-term oils or formulated oils as production materials according to market demand, meeting the requirements of different units and regional environments.

5. Accurate detection, precise atomization and oil spraying, achieving effective anti-corrosion effect, reducing raw material consumption, and saving costs.

6. A standardized process for applying oil to fasteners has been established.

Applying this technology and equipment to practical work can achieve the goals of safe, fast, and efficient construction. Four sets of bolts are tested and sprayed simultaneously, with a fixed amount of oil spraying and a speed of about 2.5km/h-3km/h. This can fundamentally change the history of manual oiling in the past. Dedicated oiling equipment will be used to maintain China's large-scale and rapidly growing railway lines, which has obvious significance for improving the quality of the lines.
