First, in the strengthening of scientific and technological innovation to keep all the way forward. The company has always taken scientific and technological innovation as the source of life, constantly stimulating the innovative vitality of workers, and under the guidance of trade unions at the city and district levels, actively setting up innovation studios for model workers and employees, and walking out of a pioneering path of innovation and development. In recent years, the company has developed more than one hundred innovative products, including 25 utility model patents and one invention patent from the State Intellectual Property Office. Some of the innovative products have also won the third prize of science and technology of Shenyang Railway Group Corporation and the provincial "Specialized and New" products. The company has been recognized as a provincial "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprise and a provincial "high-tech enterprise". In the face of the sudden outbreak of the new crown epidemic, the company encountered difficulties of different degrees in material supply, market development, international trade, logistics and transportation, and business transactions, etc. However, the company was brave enough to take up the responsibility and tried every possible means to stabilize its posts and salaries. The company also raised funds to design and build a steel structure product testing and display centre with an overall construction area of about 2,000 square metres.
