Rail Drilling Machine Maintenance

1. After the drilling is completed, it should be wiped clean to keep the machine clean. If it is not used for a long time, the fuel should be drained and placed in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive gas warehouse;

2. Frequently check whether there is water drop out of the main shaft, if there is water drop out, replace the sealing ring at the main shaft;

3. After the drill bit is worn out, drilling can no longer be done, please replace the drill bit;

4. When filling gasoline, the engine should be stopped and kept away from fire sources. After refueling, the residual gasoline on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean. It is recommended to use unleaded gasoline with an octane number of 90# or higher;

5. When adjusting the machine tools or repairing and replacing parts, the machine should be shut down;

6. Do not let the machine be exposed to rain. If it is rained, dry the gasoline engine and all parts of the machine and place it in a ventilated and dry place;

7. Molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease should be added to the gear box when the drilling machine works continuously for 30 days to keep the machine in good working condition. The feed rack should be kept clean, just rub 20# engine oil on its surface every week;

8. Frequently check whether the amount of lubricating oil in the gasoline engine is sufficient and whether the air filter is clean;

9. If the RD07 rail drilling machine is not used for a long time, the drill bit must be taken out from the spindle sleeve;

10. The recommended ambient temperature for gasoline engine operation is between -15°C and 40°C;

11. It is not allowed to modify its equipment.
