Scope of Application

Hydraulic switch tamping machine is suitable for tamping works in the most complicated and difficult switch section. It can be used in the section of switches, turnout connection, frog and guard rail. It has the features of simple operation, light weight, high working efficiency and low failure rate etc. It can satisfy all kinds of switches ballast tamping requirement.

YCD- 32 hydraulic switch tamping machine is powered by petrol engine, which drives oil pump and vibration shaft respectively through triangular belt. The eccentric body is driven by the high-speed rotation of the vibration shaft. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the exciting force is produced, and the high-pressure oil output from the oil pump enters the lifting cylinder through the commutation valve, clamping the cylinder, thus driving the execution parts to realize the clamping of the rail and inserting down and tamping functions etc.

4. The clamping part is driven by a clamping cylinder to drive a pair of tamping picks, the clamping strength is large, it also minimizes the height of the whole machine.
