1.Scope of Applicant

DGQ rail striking device is a tool to evenly stretch the rail when the rail stress is released. It is simple to operate, durable, convenient to install, small in volume and light in weight. It is an ideal tool for railway laying, maintenance and rush repair.

3.Usage and Maintenance

1. First place wedge iron "4" on the rail surface, and then place left clip body "2" and right clip body "3" on wedge iron as shown in Figure 1. After connecting left and right clip bodies with pin shafts, lock them with screws, and then place clip body 1 on the clip body.

2. Push the rail collider to the left and right to ensure that the left and right clip bodies are closely attached to the rail palate to prevent slipping during rail collision.

3. Tap the wedge iron gently to ensure that the rail impactor is closely attached to the rail palate, and then drive in the wedge iron with force until the rail impactor and the rail are locked together.

4. Select the appropriate special tool impact card specific "1" to achieve the purpose of stretching the rail to eliminate stress.

4.Attention

1. It is necessary to ensure that the left and right clamping bodies are closely attached to the rail palate to prevent "slipping" during rail collision.

2. It is better to choose the ZGC type special impact vehicle produced by our factory.

3. In case of rail collision, the power shall be cut off and the vehicles shall pass through. Pay attention to the personal safety of operators.
