1. Feature

This machine is suitable for sleeper rail bolt lubricator operation. It is compact in structure and novel in design. It has dual-mode control mode (manual or automatic oiling). It can oil two vertical bolts in one operation, with high efficiency. It is driven by lithium battery, light in weight, safe and reliable, low in noise, environmental protection, convenient in going up and down. 3. Working Principle and Basic Structure

The rail bolt lubricator is compact in structure and novel in design. The electric oil pump is driven by lithium battery. Through the sliding of limit switch and bolt, the vertical bolt can be oiled automatically. It is a rare special new equipment for maintenance of railway sleeper station bolt. The efficiency of station bolt oiling is 20 times of that of manual operation.

4. Usage and Maintenance

1. Lift the equipment to the line, turn on the power switch, put the start mode into automatic mode, adjust the automatic sliding switch and the distance between the lubricator and the sleeper bolt according to the running speed, and ensure that the nozzle is sprayed on the bolt when pushing forward.

2. Push the lubricator on the rail. When the automatic sliding switch touches the bolt, the lubricator will automatically apply oil.

3. When manual oiling is needed, adjust the manual automatic transfer switch to the manual position, and push the oiling device on the rail. When it is needed, press the manual switch to oil the bolts.

4. This equipment uses 12V lithium battery. If the battery voltage is lower than 11V or the capacity is less than 30%, please charge it in time.

5. When removing the battery, pay attention not to short circuit the positive and negative poles of the battery, otherwise it will damage the battery.

6. When adding engine oil, pay attention not to add impurities into the oil tank. The oil viscosity is 46 or 68.

7. If the fuel injector does not inject oil, check whether the battery is powered, whether the oil pump is powered on, whether the oil suction nozzle is blocked, whether the oil pipe is bent, and whether the fuel injector is blocked.
