High stretching force rail tensor 900KN
The machine is suitable for 43-75kg/m type rail stress relief and seamless long rail relaying. While operating in the field at a certain temperature range being lower than the rail locking temperature, by employing this machine, the length of a rail with zero-stress can be forced to stretch to a length at locking temperature, then re-lock the rail. Compared with the similar products, it possesses features of unique design, light weight, simple & convenient manipulation and powerful rail pulling force.
- Product Introduction

Working principle:
After putted the machine on the rail, compress tightly the wedge, open the internal combustion pump station, the rail tighten gradually by the inclined rail base, so that the rail moving to the right direction. While operation finished, put the inclined rail base down by the out wedge parts.
Usage
1. Check up before using
(1) Whether the oil level is over the oil line in the pump station.
(2)Whether the cylinder, oil tube and the other connections are loose, whether the oil is spilling.
(3)Whether the inclined rail base, drawbar, connection have damaged
(4) Whether the tighten wedge could move mobility
(5) Whether the wedge control structure could work normally
2. Open the hydraulic pump station(should be no-loading running 5 minutes at frist), contact well the cylinder and the tube, and extend the 2 piston rods in more than predetermined stretch length. The tensile length of this machine can reach 500mm.
3. Put the inclined rail base on the suitable place of the two rails, push the left and the right sides wedges into the chute(attention: the left and the right sides wedge are different), tight the wedge by the wedge control part.
4. Assemble cylinder and extension bar on the inclined rail base by pins, could temporary remove the other tube of cylinder, open the pump, adjust the stroke of piston rod to plug pin.
5. Confirm normal assembling , tight the wedge by the wedge control part again, can’t be loose.
6. The internal combustion pump station supply oil to high press chamber of cylinder, start to pull the rail. If found less slip, continue pressing the wedge, if found slip badly, should stop at once, check whether the wedge is damaged, working is normal, than re-operate.
7. While do the pulling operation, should open filling valve slowly, increase pressure, until it can be pulled, slide roller under rail for uniform force, quantity according to the actual situation, and work with crashed rail machine, the pressure of pump can’t over the Max. working pressure, avoid damage to equipment.
8. Remind the pressure after pulling the rail in the right place, while the rail re-lock, unload the pump station.
9. Unload pins, extend rod, cylinder, exit wedge by wedge control part. Take out inclined rail base.
10. When working finished, piston rod should be retracted into cylinder.
