Usage and Maintenance
Usage method:
1. Inspection before use
① 3 / 4 of the height of oil level in the oil tank.
② Whether the positioning mechanism is flexible and reliable.
③ Whether the connection of hydraulic cylinder is loose or not.
2. Operation steps
① Place the whole machine on the top surface of the rail. First, lift the handle 13 of the running wheel to make the running wheel 10 press on the top surface of the rail. After pushing it to the position to be straightened, insert the rail lifting stopper on the hook 11 from the bottom of the rail, and adjust the position of the adjustable head 12 according to the operation needs. Pull out the locating pin and press down the handle of the running wheel to make the adjustable plug 12 support the rail top. At the same time, adjust the hook 11 at the rail position to be straightened.
② First pull the control handle 3 of the directional valve to the oil inlet position, and then insert the handle 1 into the pressure sleeve of the oil pump. Pull the handle up and down to make the piston rod (cylinder head 8) extend to generate a driving force. Through the hook at the rail joint, a straightening force is applied to the rail to complete the rail straightening.
③ After straightening, pull the control handle 3 of the directional valve to the oil return position, pull the handle up and down to retract the piston rod (oil cylinder head 8), then lift the handle 13 of the running wheel up and insert the locating pin, so that the running wheel 10 falls on the rail and can be pushed on the rail to the next operation point.
④ Generally, the rail leveler can adjust the rail straightness in one operation. If the adjustment is not completed in one operation, the rail leveler can operate again.
Maintain:
1. The selection of the working fluid should be determined according to the climatic conditions of the region where it is used. The hydraulic fluid can be 46 ° in summer and 32 ° in winter.
2. The hydraulic oil injected into the oil pump should be filtered to ensure the cleanness of the hydraulic oil. Generally, it should be replaced once every three months. If the amount of oil in the oil tank is too small, it should be replenished at any time.
3. When the working fluid is too dirty, it is necessary to clean the oil tank or the whole hydraulic system. When cleaning, do not use cotton yarn to wipe the matching surface of oil tank and hydraulic parts.
