Double Sockets Rail Bolt Wrench Torque
This machine is suitable for the construction and maintenance work of railway bolts with centre distance of 214 (or 234) mm and various specification of sleeper nuts and bolts (including rectangular head bolts) of various types of rails.
- Product Introduction
1.1 NLB-1100 internal combustion bolt spanner adopts oil desire type large-area trapezoidal convex table friction clutch, which greatly improves the lubrication conditions of the upper and lower clutches, and reduces the wear of the tooth surface to a minimum. It has the features of stable torque, accurate positioning of torque indication and long service life of the clutch.
1.2 The machine is equipped with a torque adjusting scribing device for torque adjustment, which makes the torque display intuitive and the adjustment convenient.
1.3 The range of adjusting torque is large, standard tightening torque is 80-150N.m, tightening torque range is 80-400N.m, and it is equipped with a torque adjusting scale indicator display. The reverse loosening torque is more than 1100 N.m.
1.4 On the basis of the original internal combustion bolt spanner, the machine further optimises the transmission structure and reduces the weight of the whole machine, and the weight of the whole machine with the GX160 petrol engine is not more than 65kg!
1.5 The speed of the socket is increased, which improves the working efficiency.
1.6 The gearbox case adopts the manufacturing process of ADC12 aluminium alloy die-casting and special surface treatment, and realises the fully enclosed oil-immersed lubrication method. Firstly, the noise of the whole machine is controlled to the minimum; secondly, it is adapted to the operation under the harsh working environment such as wind and sand, and finally, it solves the problem of cleaning and maintenance after use.
1.7 The specially designed oil level observation mirror hole is convenient for filling the gearbox lubricant and knowing the condition of the lubricant in time.
1.8 The working sleeve of this machine has the feature of automatic decapitation, which can automatically eliminate the error of the centre moment and tilt of the bolts of the sleeper, as well as the tilt error of the line super-high when working on the curve line, and accurately set into the bolt nut.
1.9 When the sleeve and the bolt nut are stuck on the road, the sleeve and the host have the function of fast separation, eliminating the safety hidden danger caused by the sleeve stuck in the emergency situation during the line maintenance and repairing operation.
1.10 Front and rear travelling wheel adjusting device can conveniently and quickly adjust the working sleeve and bolt height difference distance. Adapt to the maintenance and repair operation of the existing track line fastener bolts laid by various types of rails.
