Working Principle and Basic Structure
Working principle:
Driven by the motor, the output torque is transmitted to the bevel gear mechanism (decelerating and changing direction) through the one-way clutch (universal coupling transmission shaft), and then through the booster (variable force loading and impact) until the sleeve rotates, which can loosen and tighten the nut (work).

Usage and Maintenance
1. Check whether the transmission part is flexible, whether the thread connection is loose, and whether the contact between the motor and the power line is good.
2. Pull the power switch 6 to turn on the motor at any forward or reverse position, and start to work after the no-load operation is normal (the positive direction or pulling direction of the motor is the working direction, and the working sleeve is tightened or loosened).
3. When the motor is stopped, move the reversing handle 3 to the loose or tight position, pull the motor switch to the reverse or forward direction, observe whether the rotation direction of the working sleeve meets the operation needs, remember the determined direction, and turn off the motor switch before reversing.
4. After the rotation direction of the working sleeve meets the requirements, support the handle to align the working sleeve with the nut, pull the motor switch to loosen or tighten the nut by impact (the reversing handle must be used for loosening and tightening, and the switch must be closed when reversing).
5. When the screw is tightened, the sleeve 5 can be lifted with 3 to 5 taps. At this time, the torque is about 150 n · M. if the torque is not enough, it can be impacted several times.
6. When pulling the reversing handle, pay attention to turn off the power switch 6.
7. The internal mechanism of transmission shaft, universal coupling gear mechanism and reversing handle 3 shall be inspected and filled with molybdenum disulfide grease once a week to keep clean. It shall be overhauled once every two months. After cleaning with kerosene, molybdenum disulfide grease shall be added.
9. Afterburner 7 is overhauled once a month. After cleaning with kerosene, add gear oil to keep it clean.
10. The rolling bearing of running wheel shall be overhauled every two months. After cleaning with diesel, molybdenum disulfide grease shall be added to keep it clean to ensure smooth operation.
