Scope of Application

NLB- 500 Portable internal combustion rail bolt wrench is novel in design, compact in structure, small in size, light in weight and strong in mobility. It is a high-performance machine with two-stroke petrol engine as power source. It is the lightest of the impact wrenches. It can produce a lot of torque from a small engine, and also the weight is only 18 kg. The machine has good balance and can stand vertically. The operating switch is within the reach of the operator. It is more convenient to operate, and it can also be put down horizontally to work on the fishplate bolt. Because the machine has its own petrol power source, it can be easily carried by a single person to any construction site, such as rainforest, mountain or desert, as well as remote areas where there are no electrical facilities or air compressors and generators. It can be used for rail bolts of maximum diameter 32mm, most suitable for loosening and tightening of sleeper bolts, as well as for loosening and tightening of bolts in other respects.
