Basic structure and working principle

2. Air filter maintenance
A dirty air filter will prevent air from entering the carburetor, resulting in carburetor malfunction and increased wear and tear on the gasoline engine, resulting in insufficient output, the air filter should be maintained regularly. Especially when the machine is used in very dusty places with harsh working conditions, the air filter should be cleaned several times.
If the mesh of the air filter is clogged with dirt, clean the air filter in half along the fastening surface with gasoline. Blow from the inside out when using compressed air. When combining the separated air filters, the
CAUTION: Do not allow dirt to enter the engine air intake during cleaning, otherwise engine damage will result.
3. Spark Plug Maintenance
In order to ensure the normal operation of the engine, the gap of the spark plug must be moderate and free of deposits. The reasonable gap of spark plug is 0.5mm, which should be checked frequently and adjusted if it is too big or too small. Such as Figure III.
Note: It is forbidden to use spark plugs with incorrect calorific value, this machine spark plug model LD. NHSPL7T.
4. Screws
Check and re-tighten the screws after 8 hours of use of the new machine, apply thread sealant at the sealing place of the case, and check once a week thereafter.
