Adjustment steps
♦ Loosen the fasteners on 4 to 5 sleepers on either side of the rail joint to be welded.
♦ Place a pair of rail frames on the second sleeper on both sides of the rail joint (under special circumstances, if there is not enough distance to ensure the placement of the hydraulic tumor pusher, the rail frame can be placed on the third sleeper.)
Note: In order to make the positioning of the rail bracket easier, be sure to loosen the adjusting screws "A", "B" and "C".
♦ Stand 4 to 5 meters away from the rail joint and roughly visually inspect the adjustment of either side of the rail joint (from the horizontal plane and rail section, especially when the working track has not been adjusted to the same horizontal plane).
All adjustment work must be carried out evenly, half on both sides.
The appearance quality of thermit welding mainly depends on the alignment of two rail ends before welding.
