4. After the stress is relieved, the relevant technical data and displacement observation marks should be modified in a timely manner according to the actual locked rail temperature.

1. Before stress relief operations, special technical plans, construction plans and emergency plans should be formulated and reviewed by the Railway Bureau Group Company.
2. Seamless turnouts should saw the rails within the designed locked rail temperature range to naturally release stress, and use rollers or friction pairs to collide with the rails when releasing.
3. The frog should not undergo stress relief. When releasing, the end limiters of the tip rails or spacing irons and frogs should be used as control points.
4. When stress is relaxed, temporary displacement observation points should be set up at the tip of the point rail, the limiter of the point rail heel or the spacer, the heel end of the frog, etc. to observe the rail displacement.
5. After the stress is relieved, the relevant technical data and displacement observation marks should be modified in a timely manner according to the actual locked rail temperature.
