Before, we talked about the rail straightener for lateral alignment of rail. Today, I want to introduce the YPG-1000 hydraulic rail leveler for vertical alignment of rail joint.

Its working principle is to apply the force on the top surface of the rail to be straightened through the handle of reciprocating pendulum, straighten the rail through the hook on the other side of the bracket and the middle part, make the plunger pump work (suction and pressure oil), put the high-pressure oil into the working oil cylinder, and extend the piston rod, The purpose of straightening the low rail joint can be realized.

The maximum horizontal rail force can reach 1100kn, and the rated horizontal rail force is 1000KN. It is suitable for vertical alignment of various types of rail joints on railway lines, so as to ensure the straightness of two rail joints. Because of its simple structure, convenient operation, safe use, reliable quality and other characteristics, it has become a necessary tool for maintenance, overhaul and emergency repair work of Public Works Department.
