2.3 organization. Since the founding of new China, with decades of development, China's railway maintenance management has achieved remarkable results, gradually moving towards regionalization of advanced repair, seamless equipment takeover and localization of operation management.
2.3.1 regionalization of advanced repair. In recent years, in the early stage of China's railway opening and operation, China's Ministry of Railways has successively built several infrastructure maintenance bases of railway passenger dedicated lines, which aims to improve the professional level, effectiveness and advanced level of detection and repair.
