Compared with the switch track gauge which is popular in the market, our Switch Track Gauge with Model: TGC-I although the machine body is made of aluminum alloy, the scale line on the machine is not integrated with the body, it is made of special stainless steel which is inlaid on the body separately. As the linear expansion coefficient of the machine is very close to the linear expansion coefficient of the concrete sleeper. Therefore, it can eliminate the influence of the ambient temperature automatically.
The main technical parameters are as follows:
1. Specification: 1400mm.
2. Offset indication error: ± 0.2mm
3. Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between the probe and the probe, between the probe and the pressure measuring plate, shall be tested under 500V voltage for 60s continuously, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 1MΩ.
