2. Application range

B. Basic structure & Working principle

1. Basic structure: As shown in the figure, the machine is composed of armrest, grinding head, adjusting mechanism, sill, profiling wheel and gasoline engine.
2. Working principle: The engine drives the small pulley to rotate, and the grinding head rotates through the belt drive, which will produce grinding effect on the rail; The grinding position is adjusted by rotating the handwheel to control the lifting and lowering of the lifting lever; The position of the grinder is positioned by the elastic top force between the handlebar and the bottom beam, and the grinding can be realized while the handrail is inclined.
