3. Basic Structure

The equipment is mainly composed of 10 parts:

Usage and Maintenance

1. Usage:

1. Before use, check the fastening parts and connecting parts for looseness and detachment.

2. On one side of the rail joint to be welded, loosen the fasteners for 4 or 5 sleepers.

3. On the second or third sleeper on one side of the rail joint, a pair of front frames (the specific position depends on the work needs) are placed to adjust each adjusting rod, so that the rail hook can lift the rail to make the following adjustments (half of each rail must be evenly distributed during adjustment)

a. Adjustment of horizontal point:

The horizontal point can be adjusted by turning the lever to drive the lifting rod to move.

b. Adjustment of rail head alignment:

According to the moving direction, the rail head can be adjusted by the side screw (if necessary, loosen the corresponding side screw). To adjust the rail head.

c. Tilt adjustment

Place the side lead screw and the long side lead screw in the right position. When they are tightened, they can be turned and adjusted according to the needs. At the same time, the side lead screw on the opposite side needs to be adjusted to keep the top of the rail in a straight line.

Please do not use force to screw the adjusting screw; if it is necessary to use force, it means that the rail fastener is not loosened or the opposite screw is locked.

2. Maintenance:

After several times of use or storage, molybdenum disulfide grease must be added to the bearing and other joint parts under the lifting adjusting rod nut.
