Basic Structure and Working Principle
This machine is mainly composed of frame, manual pump station, two horizontal oil cylinders, guide device and shearing cutter. See the figure below for details. During the operation, the shearing machine is mounted on the rails on both sides of the weld bead, so that the guide device is close to the rail palate, and then shake the handle on the hydraulic pump station back and forth. With the extension of the cylinder piston rod, the shearing cutter moves relatively, generating shear force, so as to remove the weld bead.
Usage
1. Before operation, operators should read this manual carefully and be familiar with the name, structure, function and technical performance of each part of the machine
2. Before operation, check whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is sufficient. If it is insufficient, the hydraulic oil shall be insufficient according to the specified brand.
3. Carry out no-load test to check whether the action of each part is flexible and whether the seal has leakage. After checking and confirming that it is normal, return the machine to its original state.
4. During the operation, place the machine on the top of the rail, place the weld bead in the middle of the two shearing cutters, operate the distribution valve, and swing the lever of the hydraulic oil pump back and forth to supply oil to the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder. Under the action of the hydraulic oil, the piston rod of the oil cylinder extends out and drives the shearing cutter to move relative to the weld bead, so as to shear the weld bead.
5. After the weld bead is removed, the distribution valve changes direction, and the reciprocating oil pump lever is the reverse oil supply of the hydraulic cylinder. Under the action of the hydraulic oil, the cylinder piston rod returns to the original position, and the pusher can be withdrawn from the rail by loosening the guide device.
