3. The basic structure and working principle
Working principle: rotating the crank, the power through a gear reducer, ratchet direction limit, delivered to the drum, driven by the guide pulley to pull the material or unload the rail.

5. Caution
1.The operation should abide to railway safety rules.
2.When lifting 25 meters rail, must be two or three equipment to work at the same time, staff are not allowed to stand in front of the material.
3.Should always check the rope clamp situation.
4.Use longer rope when transport the material is far from distance, prohibit of overload.
5.During working or quickly off road, must take the swing handle from the crank shaft first then pull out the ratchet, in case of hurt the staff.
6.When lifting materials, the pushing stiffeners should be vertical upward.
7.Check the pawl and the ratchet wheel before use, ensure they are in the same direction as shown in figure 2.
8.If pawl and ratchet was abnormal, should be replaced immediately.
9.Pay attention to personal safety.
