In the past, the turnout connection part was made into 8 short rails for the convenience of use, but now it seems very unnecessary. Without insulation, it can be made into one rail to reduce the number of joints. 92 When submitting the material plan for the improved turnout, the insulation position of the turnout shall be indicated, so that the manufacturer can consider the configuration of non-insulated rail when distributing the rail. It should be reminded that: 1. It is strictly forbidden to have reverse superelevation on the guide curve. When appropriate, a cushion can be placed on the upper strand of the guide curve to make the upper strand of the guide curve have an appropriate superelevation of 6 mm, and decrease in the first three and the fourth middle (the first three of the ordinary switch rail should be combined with the cushion plate for slope); 2. Ensure that the lower strand of the guide curve is not lifted empty to prevent the train from shaking when passing; 3. When repairing the offset of the guide curve, first set the straight direction of the turnout, and then adjust the offset and gauge through the diversion to ensure that the guide curve of the turnout is smooth.
3.Frog and guard rail: Frog is composed of core rail and wing rail, which is a rail cross conversion equipment; The check rail is to hook the wheel set to prevent the wrong direction of the wheel.
