What Should Be Paid Attention To When Using The Hydraulic Tamping Machine?

 

Points to note:

1. When the ballast is clamped, whether there is a serious lifting phenomenon is used to judge whether the working oil pressure is too high.

2. The operators of the two tamping machines should pay close attention to the line conditions, cooperate closely, and strive to achieve coordinated actions.

3. Pay attention to whether the sound of the diesel engine is normal at any time, and pay attention to whether the fuel burns dry at any time.

4. It is strictly forbidden to stop the machine on the line to troubleshoot.

5. If the following situations occur during the operation of the tamping machine, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection:

A. There are cracks in the box and vibration frame;

B. Serious oil leakage occurs in various components of the hydraulic system;

C. The high-pressure oil pipes rub against each other seriously, and the fasteners fall off;

D. The temperature rises suddenly and there is serious noise;

E. The power system is abnormal.

 

Tamping

1. Lift the traveling frame to the track, connect the traveling frame and the lower road frame with connecting plates, push the tamping machine to the upper road, and insert the safety pin.

2. Start the internal combustion engine, adjust the lifting, traversing, and clamping, and start working after there is no abnormality.

3. Manipulate the reversing valve to carry out tamping operation, the operation sequence is as follows: toggle down insertion→clamping→opening→lifting→transfer.

4. After receiving the next order, open the tamper to the Z maximum and lift it to the Z highest point, and turn off the internal combustion engine.

5. Connect the connecting plate between the running frame and the lower road frame.

6. Push the tamping machine to the outer end of the lower frame Z, drop the tamp pick, and insert the positioning pin.

7. Disassemble the connecting plate between the running frame and the lower road frame, lift the running frame down the road, and put it stably.

                                                                                                        

During the operation, pay attention to whether the sound of the tamping machine is abnormal, whether the fasteners are loose and whether the oil circuit is leaking. If abnormal noise, odor and other abnormal phenomena are found, stop the machine immediately and go down to the road for maintenance.
