The use of methods and maintenance

1, check whether the tamping frame and electric pick of the coupling bolt is normal, power plug, wire, socket connection is good.

2, turn on the power after idling for one minute to observe whether it is normal. Normal before putting into work.

3, 20-30mm from the edge of the railroad sleeper under the pickaxe, pick plate and railroad sleeper surface edge line into 45º angle, in the tamping gradually enlarge the angle to 80º or so, and constantly pumping the pickaxe to make the ballast into the bottom of the railroad sleeper.

4, the use of the wire do not pull tight, to avoid the phenomenon of broken wire and so on. Does not use the wire to wind up well, puts in the ventilated storehouse to keep, pays attention to the moisture-proof, may not throw the machine tool at will.

5, the machine is strictly prohibited in the humid air and rainy day operation.

6, in continuous operation, to check the insulation resistance every week, to ensure that the insulation resistance in the case of more than 7MΩ before you can work on the line.

7, the operation of the cumulative 500h should be reassembled pick body and pickaxe, clean up the dirt generated during the operation of the pounding pick.
