Usage and Maintenance
1. The welding personnel shall hold the "rail welder's operation license" issued by the technical organization recognized by the national railway authority.
2. Prepare acetylene and acetylene meters, oxygen and oxygen meters.
3. Fill the water tank with 4 / 5 water, put the water pump into the water tank, plug in the power supply, and observe whether the water comes out of the water pump inlet. If not, change the phase sequence of the power supply.
4. Connect the acetylene cylinder to the acetylene meter, and connect the black acetylene pipe with an inner diameter of 10 mm to the side opening of the control box B in and B out.
5. Connect oxygen to oxygen meter, connect it to control box with red oxygen pipe with inner diameter of 10 mm, and oxygen is out of straight port of gun head.
6. Connect the mixing pipe with the inner diameter of 16mm to the heater, and the gap between the inside of the heater and the rail shall be uniform.
7. When installing the heater, the heater shall be adjusted to make the gap between the nozzle and the rail perimeter consistent, and the plane of the fire hole shall be consistent with the weld.
8. The steel normalizing frame is placed at the joint just welded, and the heater is placed on the normalizing frame. Start the cooling water pump and gas flow control box, adjust the fuel gas, and when the weld area is cooled to 400-500 ℃, ignite the heater, and take the weld as the center, the swing width of the heater is 60mm, the swing frequency is 40-50 times / min, and the normalizing temperature is 850-950 ℃.
9. The parameter table of control box (for reference) is as follows:
Oxygen outlet pressure: 0.5-0.6Mpa
Oxygen flow: 4.2-4.4 m3/h
Acetylene outlet pressure: 0.15Mpa
Acetylene flow: 4.8-5.2 m3/h
