Description

NLB - 600 internal-combustion bolt wrench is our company developed a new generation of bolt wrench. Suitable for railway, subway and light rail line concrete sleeper fastening nut aid operation. The machine adopts the engine power, output shaft for single head, single speed, positive &negative adjustable, output torque can be adjustment and accurate display, the operation is simple, safe and reliable, and easy install and un-install the rail, and is equipped with a socket head light easy for nighttime operations.

The structure and characteristics of the machine

The configuration of NLB - 600 type internal combustion bolt wrench shown as in figure 1. Each component of the structure and function of the characteristic is as follows:

1 Engine support ① Seamless steel pipe forming welded structure, with the functions of protection of the engine and auxiliary to help the operator lifting machine .

2 Petrol engine② Single cylinder four stroke air cooled, rated revolution 3600r/min, rated power 4.8kw

3 Reduction gearbox ③ High strength cast aluminum alloy shell, polymer sealant seal, with three levels of cylindrical gears reduction mechanism and metal cone friction clutch, the circulating oil lubrication, the combination of the clutch handle (5) through the press, the hydraulic booster device (4) applied axial force completed, meanwhile lubricating oil pump oil once.
