Impact Portable Gasoline Wrench ZDM

A portable gasoline impact wrench ZDM designed for screwing and unscrewing terminal nuts, embedded and butt nuts, as well as fastening screws during assembly and disassembly of the rail grating of the railway track. The portable wrench consists of an internal combustion engine with a shock absorption system, a carburetor, a return starter, ergonomic operator handles, a muffler, a fuel tank, air and fuel filters, an impact mechanism assembly with a gearbox, a 1-inch spindle. The engine shock absorption system ensures maximum reduction of vibration impact on the operator's hands and has a modern vibration damping system. The wrench has an emergency engine stop function/mechanism, an accelerator trigger, a lever for switching the direction of rotation of the spindle.

The engine is equipped with an air and fuel filter, a return starter, ergonomic operator handles, a fuel tank, a carburetor and an impact mechanism assembly. Handles are attached to the wrench for working with butt plates and rail fasteners. The coating of the handles is non-slip for the convenience of using the wrench by the operator. An accelerator trigger is mounted on the handle to control the engine speed. The portable screw wrench consists of a housing, a clamping chuck support flange situated between gearbox and engine, a gearbox assembly with a planetary axis and a gear train, a central shaft and a switch shaft, a clutch in a common housing, a holder handle, a 1-inch spindle.

The gearbox housing has an inspection hole with a bolt to control the oil level in the gearbox. There is a lever on the gearbox housing to switch the direction of rotation of the spindle.
