2. The tamping machine driven by gasoline engine and diesel engine must be used in strict accordance with its use regulations: check whether the lubricating oil is within the range of the scale, and its rated speed must not be adjusted arbitrarily. There should be no flammable and explosive items around the gasoline engine, and no refueling into the fuel tank during operation. Refueling can only be done after the operation has cooled down. When refueling, fuel should be prevented from splashing out. If the fuel is splashed out, it must wait for the fuel to volatilize before starting. Do not touch the muffler when it is running or parked until it has cooled down.

3. Put the running frame on the line, the running wheels should be aligned with the two rails, and the two tamping machines that lift the lifting cylinder to the very upper end are pushed to the flat running frame in turn, and the front and rear big bolts are aligned respectively. Insert it into the positioning hole, then fold up the lower track frame, and hook the support hook on the lower track frame with the hook ring of the walking frame. During operation, it is best for the operator to face the direction of the oncoming vehicle.

4. Turn on the power and move the combination switch (the gasoline engine should be started by hand, the diesel engine should be started by hand, and the accelerator should be increased to the working position), and the tamping operation can be started after the operation is normal.

5. When working, first open the pickaxe to a large position, and start to insert. When inserting, pay attention to that the rail clamp must automatically clamp the rail head as the depth of the insert increases. Do not use too much force when inserting. Anti-lift line. When encountering that it cannot be inserted to the required depth at one time, the method of "rubbing down" can be adopted, that is, the clamping cylinder is activated during the insertion process, so that the pick palm produces an appropriate amount of horizontal reciprocating motion to remove the ballast, which is convenient for insertion.

6. After reaching the insertion depth requirement, start the clamping cylinder so that the two pairs of vibrating pick palms clamp the ballast to the bottom of the pillow. Under the joint action of the vibration force and the clamping force, the ballast is compressed and shaken. Solid, to achieve the purpose of tamping. According to the line conditions, after the pick palm is inserted into the track bed, it only needs to be clamped 1 to 3 times.

7. After the ballast is clamped, pull the lifting valve stem of the reversing valve while opening the pick palm to raise the machine to a high position, push the tamping machine forward to the tamping position of the next sleeper, and continue the tamping operation .

8. During use, the operator should pay close attention to the running state of the machine and the condition of the line. The two operators should cooperate closely and strive to coordinate their actions.

9. When tamping, avoid obstacles such as anti-climbers, gauge rods, and supporting wood.

10. During the operation, if the rail clamp still clings to the rail after the tamping pick is lifted, use the hand pump pressure rod (the end with a notch in the milling) to pull out the safety pin, and the jaws can be completely loosened.

11. When a failure occurs in the tamping operation, the hand pump should be used to quickly lift the pick down the road for processing, and it is strictly forbidden to stop on the line to troubleshoot.
