Article 1: The use of small road maintenance machinery and tools must comply with the specified performance, and unreasonable use is strictly prohibited.
1. When using, it is necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and small machinery and tools.
The fuel, lubricating grease, working oil, and working voltage used must comply with regulations.
3. It is not allowed to arbitrarily overload small road maintenance machinery and tools.
4. It is not allowed to arbitrarily disassemble and fix the auxiliary equipment and components attached to small road maintenance machinery, and it is not allowed to arbitrarily change the equipment structure.
5. Ensure the operation quality during use.
The reserve quantity of small road maintenance machinery and tools shall not exceed 10% of the total inventory, and the utilization rate shall reach over 90%.
Article 2 Operators of various small road maintenance machinery and tools must achieve three good qualities (good management, good use, good maintenance) and four proficiency (good use, good maintenance, good inspection, and good troubleshooting).

(3) After the machinery and tools are started, it is not allowed to leave the work position without permission. When leaving, the machine must be shut down, powered off, and placed in a safe place.
(4) Immediately shut down the machine in case of an accident, protect the site, and promptly report to the workshop, the person in charge of the work area, and the workshop repair team.
B. Good use:
(1) Strictly implement the operating procedures, and it is strictly prohibited to use small road maintenance machinery and tools with excessive strength or load.
(2) It is not allowed to step, wrestle, or kick the handles and electrical switches of small road maintenance machinery, and it is strictly prohibited to place tools, spare parts, and other equipment on the machinery.
(3) All kinds of machinery and tools should be handled with care and properly stored after use.
C. Maintenance:
(1) The appearance and mechanical performance of machinery and tools are often maintained in good condition.
(2) Carry out daily maintenance and overhaul of small road maintenance machinery and tools as required.
(3) Timely adjust and repair the defects found, and restore their proper performance and state.

(2) Always keep the lubricating parts of machinery and tools free of stagnation, bruises, rust, and four leaks (gas, oil, water, and electricity).
(3) Carry out technical maintenance for machinery and tools as required to ensure that the technical parameters and conditions of the machinery are maintained in good condition.
C. Will check:
Before using machinery and tools, it is necessary to check whether the operating mechanism, limit switch, lock pin, operating handle, hydraulic valve, safety protection device are complete, and whether the lubricating parts are flexible and reliable.
(2) When using machinery and tools, carefully check the transmission condition of each part. If there is any abnormality, immediately identify the cause, and handle it before using.
D. Will troubleshoot:
(1) Have the ability to handle faults, and be able to determine the cause of faults.
(2) Master the mechanical performance, timely adjust and inspect the parts that are prone to looseness and failure, and take precautions.
(3) If any safety related device is found to be in poor condition, it shall be promptly inspected to eliminate hidden dangers.
Article 3 During the use of machinery and tools, adhere to daily and regular maintenance to keep small road maintenance machinery and tools in good condition, clean, lubricated, and safe.
Article 4 If small road maintenance machinery and tools fail during use, the existing problems shall be promptly repaired and it is strictly prohibited to use them with defects.
